White labeling

Q: Can I put my own label on the FMF mobile app?

A: No, the FitMeal Formula label will stay on the app. However, for an extra fee, we can brand your business.

Q: Can I add my own custom label to FMF resources?

A: Since our brand is FitMeal Formula, we brand our materials and resources with our logo, but we can customize your website and internet account with your own personal logo and graphics.

In- App

Q: How do I integrate my email so my clients can contact me through the mobile app?

A: On the admin console there is a way to change company contact information. If you have entered your email in the form, the email should be connected to your FMF account for clients to email you through the app.

Client management

Q: How do I add or delete clients?

A: Through your admin login, you will be able to easily manage your clients’ accounts. Check our Resources page for a video tutorial on how to manage accounts.

Q: How can I track client progress?

A: As an admin, you’ll be able to load any of your client’s profile information and see client profiles and tracked data on their accounts.

Q: What does a typical sign up process look like for clients?
A: Once clients sign up to use the service, they will receive an email with a username and password to access their accounts.

Q: Is FitMeal Formula user friendly?

A: Yes! FitMeal Formula’s mobile app is extremely user friendly. The app allows clients to weigh in each day, track progress through easy to view graphs over time, enter in nutrition information, and make grocery lists to stay on track.

Billing information

Q: How will I be billed?

A: You will be billed monthly by FitMeal Formula through the information you provide. The bill will go directly to your bank.

Q: How do I receive payments?

A: Currently we offer PayPal and Stripe integrations for you to charge your clients. Your shopping carts are white labeled within your own website. All we will need is your account information to integrate those softwares for you.

Q: Is there a certain amount I’m allowed to charge clients?

A: Charging amount is completely up to you. You can charge clients depending on client volume to ensure a positive earning.

Q: I don’t have a website, can I still use and sell this service?
A: Contact us for different options. We have many solutions for you if you do not have a website but still want to use this service.

Meal plan

Q: Can I design my own meal plans or do I have to choose from the ones available?

A: You have the freedom to either choose the meal plans that come with the service or create your own for your clients.

Q: Is your software mobile friendly?

A: Yes for end users the software is extremely mobile friendly. For admins, there are certain actions that must be done on the actual website, not through the mobile app.
